The technique is mostly learned in one-to-one lessons.
Performing everyday movements such as walking, sitting down, standing up, speaking etc during the lessons will enable you to discover how ingrained habits can interfere with your wellbeing.
With manual guidance and instructions, I will help you to learn how to prevent these habitual reactions and how to bring about improvement in your general use and in your functioning.
Over time you will discover new ways of preparing for activity and movement and integrate them into your everyday activities.
A course of 20 - 30 regular lessons is usually recommended to provide a good foundation for on-going work yourself.
